T-Minus 3 Days

Ok, so after a year of planning, some major setbacks, and then a couple weeks of completely replanning most of the trip, we are now only 3 days away.

Mom, Dad, and I fly out of LAX Friday morning. We have a short layover in Boston, then it's on to Dublin. We arrive there Saturday morning. We will be there until Tuesday morning when we fly to Paris. Then we take a train straight to Nantes to see the French cousins for a couple of days. Thursday morning, we will take a train back to Paris and explore there for 3 days. Sunday morning, I'm going to leave for London while the parents go visit French family for another week.

I'm taking two classes at LSE this summer-- Decision Making for Business Management for the first three weeks and Public Policy of Political Economies for the second three weeks.

Here is the short list of things I'm excited for during my first trip out of the country since the infamous EuroTrip of 2002.

1) seeing the French cousins
2) being in England when the heir to the throne is born
3) EDC London (my first rave)
4) the drinking age
5) British accents and funny words
6) weekend trips around Europe
7) oh ya, and school and stuff
